Cell phones and pagers are forever with us, but in consideration of all our guests, we ask that you abstain during your time with us. We recognize that sometimes personal and professional commitments make access necessary. If this is the case, please set your phone to vibrate mode, keep it within reach, then speak softly or use our designated area away from treatment rooms.
It is absolutely crucial for us to have clients show up. This is how the staff and the spa make a living. Please see our scheduling policy for details.
scheduling policy
When you book an appointment with us, you agree to do business on our terms. Our professionally trained staff provides you with the highest level of personal attention. We ask you to value them and their time spent traveling and preparing for your service. Please understand that we must charge a fee for missed appointments or appointments rescheduled in less time than we require. Without enough lead time, we cannot rebook your reserved time, so the staff loses opportunity and compensation. It is about a balance of responsibility.
We require 24 hours advance notice to change all Monday through Thursday appointments. When we do not receive adequate notice for any changes to all reservations clients will be billed 50% of the current menu price.
For changes to Friday-Saturday-Sunday appointments, we require 48 hours notice. No shows and late cancellations will be charged 75% of the current menu price.
No shows and late cancellations for group or multiple services anytime will be billed 75%.
Due to the considerable administrative time dedicated to organizing and confirming group events, ourpolicy to assess an administrative fee of $50 when the whole group cancels. We still require 72 hours' notice for cancellation of any group event.
Gift certificates applied to late cancellation reservations will be reduced in value accordingly.
This firm policy helps us to honor all clients who request appointment time and makes it possible for us to book a request from our waiting list. Please understand this is necessary to protect the livelihood of our staff and the health of our business. We will be glad to speak with you personally if you have any questions.
payments & gratuities
Accepted forms of payment for services and products are cash, check (with valid ID), Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
As they are not included in the price of our services, gratuities are appropriate and graciously accepted in cash or check only.
Please note when you are redeeming a Gift Certificate for services, there is no gratuity included unless specifically noted directly on the certificate.
returns & refunds
Gift Certificates
Our recommendation: Do not delay joy! Honor the gift, the giver and yourself, and schedule your service appointments the moment you receive your treasureā¦or at least within sixty days!
When scheduling an appointment to redeem your gift certificate, please plan in advance if you require an evening or weekend appointment, as these times fill first. We ask that you be aware of our firm cancellation policy so you give us the required notice to change or cancel when the occasion arises. If you do not, you forfeit the fee for late cancellation or no show.
Gift Certificates are not returnable nor are they refundable in part or whole. We advise the early and timely use of all gift certificates as they do devalue over time. Beyond the date noted on your gift certificate, our policy is to reduce the original value by ten percent each month.
Boutique Purchases
Dr.Hauschka SkinCare products are returnable should you find your skin is sensitive or reactive. We will gladly exchange, credit or refund the value of your purchase of Dr.Hauschka Skin Care transacted at Eviama within three weeks.
Purchases from our boutique are returnable within ten days only, and may be credited for other boutique purchases only. There are no refunds on these items. No special sale items are returnable, no exception.
