Our business is about service – at an arranged time and place. Our professionally trained staff provides you with the highest level of personal attention. We ask you to value them and their time, and understand that we must charge a fee for missed appointments or last minute rescheduling.

We ask for 24 hours notice to change all Monday through Thursday appointments. When we do not receive adequate notice for changes to reservations scheduled before 4:00 pm Monday through Thursday, clients will be billed 50%. No shows and late cancellations for appointments scheduled 4:00 pm or later will be billed 75%.

For changes to Friday-Saturday-Sunday appointments, we require 48 hours notice. No shows and late cancellations will be charged 75%.

No shows and late cancellations for group or multiple services anytime will be billed 75%.

Gift certificates applied to late cancellation reservations will be reduced in value accordingly.

This policy helps us to honor all clients who request appointment time and makes it possible for us to book a request from our waiting list. Please understand this is necessary to protect the livelihood of our staff and the health of our business. We will be glad to speak with you personally if you have any questions.
